About me, my art and what makes me tick

The telling of stories is very inspirational to me. Often I try to tell a story about myself. I use my pieces as an attempt to examine and discuss everything that goes on around me and in my mind.

Since I am a rather quiet person, art has become my way of speaking up. When I run out of words, I use my pencils, spray cans and brushes instead. I suppose things have been that way ever since I was a child.

I was relatively young when I was first seduced by the aesthetics of graffiti. Some time ago I began to take my art partially off the walls and transfer them unto canvas and drawing-paper. At the moment I am attending the second year at Gävle Konstskola (Gävle artschool). God knows what the future might bring.

To me, my art is like an escape from everyday reality. Perhaps one could say that it is like creating a second world - a reality where there is room for anything that doesn't really fit in the one that already exists.
